Post Op Day 1

Well today was a big day for David and I, he took his first tentative steps. Although he can only put 25% of his weight on his leg at this time and most of the weight must be taken up by the arms he did really well. I will post some pictures of him taking these first steps as well as one of him sitting up in the wheelchair for the first time, later so that all of you can see how he is progressing. We decided to take some photos so that the kids could see their Dad's progress since they are still at home in Trinidad and only able to talk with him by phone.
